From Pear shape to Bulk: My Fitness Journey
I have Started my fitness journey 3 years ago, I was having the pear shaped body and felt very absurd like everyone in my school used to make fun about that. I wanted to gain muscle, not just get stronger, but actually bulk up. Here’s how I made it happen.
I started by setting clear, realistic goals. I wanted to add muscle mass and not just bulk up my weight. but also to lift heavy weight and also get stronger.
I rectified my diet. Instead of just eating more, I focused on balanced meals with lots of protein—chicken, eggs and healthy carbs like rice and oats and also i used to avoid oily foods . I made sure to eat more frequently, aiming just to eat healthy.
So after around 6 month of my fitness journey i used to start lifting more and more weight in my routine. I began with basic warmup exercises like pushups, parallel bar dips, and chin ups. at first i was not able to do chin ups but later on it gets quite simple for me to do it.
And i also learned that rest is just as important as working out. I made sure to get enough sleep and took rest on sunday's to let my muscles recover and grow.
As always for any goal consistency will be the key. I stuck to my workout schedule and diet plan, even on days when motivation was low.
Through dedication and patience, I transformed from Pear shaped to bulk, gaining both muscle and confidence. If I can do it, so can you and you will!
